Neubauer’s added three new signs constructed of wood, galvanized metal , vinyl letters, and cypress trim. Two of the signs are lighted with period styling goose-neck lanterns. An awning over the fenced in portion of the outdoor display area provides protection from the elements and adds an aesthetic quality to the recently renovated 15,ooo square foot warehouse.
