The Economic Restructuring Committee of the Main Street program will engage to complete tasks outlined in the Main Street strategic plan including market studies designed to reveal the personality of the Central Business District. Additionally, members will be tasked with the identification of recruitment-appropriate destination businesses, existing business clusters, and anchor building possibilities. Economic Restructuring Committee members will develop relationships with educational and economic development agencies in an effort to cultivate partnerships further enhancing the downtown business climate.
